
Josh Starr joins the Rebels as the Director of Broadcasting/Media Relations for the 2022-23 season. A native of Broomall, PA, Starr held the same role for the Danbury Hat Tricks of the FPHL, NAHL and NA3HL in the 2021-22 season when he provided play-by-play for over 75 total games.
Prior to his role in Danbury, Starr attended Penn State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, a minor in Spanish and a Sports Journalism certificate. At Penn State, Starr was the General Manager of the student-run radio station CommRadio. During his time with CommRadio, Starr was a play-by-play broadcaster, talk-show host, producer and writer.
Starr’s career has led to him calling play-by-play for an NHL Preseason game at Pegula Ice Arena, a Penn State hockey game at Wells Fargo Center and multiple Big Ten Tournament hockey games.

Diana Daloisio joined the Philadelphia Hockey Club for the last five seasons as the Billet Coordinator and is continuing that role as the Rebels Billet Coordinator.
Daloisio works to provide our players with positive and meaningful housing experiences in our South Jersey hockey community.
A native of New Jersey, Diana resides in Sewell, NJ after graduating from Rowan University. Daloisio is in her first year as the coordinator for both the Philadelphia Hockey Club and the Philadelphia Rebels.
