Rebels travel to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to play Knights in Matinee

The Rebels will travel up the Northeast extension today and play the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights in a matinee game that starts at 2:30pm at the Revolution Ice Centre. It will be the third meeting between the two teams this season with the Rebels winning the two prior contests.

The two games between these clubs have been close with the Rebels winning the first game by a score of 2 – 1 and then Auggie Moore’s winning goal in overtime gave the Rebels a 5 – 4 victory in game two. Matt Kidney has the most points against the Rebels so far with three (all assists). Reed Robinson and Mike Gelatt each have scored two of the Knights five goals against the Rebels.
